Piano Sonata No. 16 in G major, Op. 31, No. 1 (Mvt 1, Allegro-Vivace) by Ludwig van Beethoven (1801)
What about a piece of music that encapsulates your 2020-2021 pandemic experience?
Vocalise, Op. 34, No. 14 by Sergei Rachmaninoff , transcribed by Earl Wild (1943, 1990)
Throughout your years studying the piano and performing music professionally, is there a piece of music that you keep coming back to for a special reason?

What about a piece that perhaps you didn’t like at first but that grew on you with time?

It’s been a tough 17 months, and we’ve all used music or art in some sort of way to escape our present-day circumstances. Is there a piece of music that takes you far away?
